Education systems and policies are struggling to keep pace with the rapid encroachment of artificial intelligence, creating challenges for teaching, assessment, and the development of essential skills.

The World Economic Forum have released a paper arguing that realising the benefits of AI while minimising the risks requires a co-ordinated readiness, and introduced an AI Readiness Framework to help stakeholders assess and improve conditions for appropriate AI integration in education.
